In this class you will focus on:
A gentle warm-up to mobilise the spine, using seated rounds and side stretches
Barre work using pliés and rises to warm up the legs
Arm exercises using light hand weights, targeting the shoulders and upper back
Standing roll-downs to transition into mat work
Four-point kneeling work, including spinal mobilisation and opposite arm-to-leg extensions
Core and hip work through leg extensions and rotations from a kneeling position
Shoulder and back stretches through child's pose and scapular movement
Seated spinal work, including C-curve stretches and rotation with the arms
A closing bridge sequence and tricep work
A full-body stretch to finish
