For best results, it is recommended that you repeat this class 1-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks. Once you have completed this you can move onto the Beginner - Intermediate, Adult (16+) class to maintain strength, stamina and technique.
These age groups are a guideline based on typical physical development and demands of training at these ages.
