This introductory class from English National Ballet Associate Artist Nina Thilas-Mohs will cover the fundamentals of ballet, including alignment principles, how to stand in ballet, and how to carry yourself with pride.
You don't need any equipment for this class - if you don't have a barre you can hold yourself to a chair or door jamb, and if you don't have ballet shoes you can do the class bare foot.
This class is demonstrated by English National Ballet School student Max Lilley, with Sven Blazyca on the piano.
