Rediscovering Ballet with Laura Hussey | 2 (Beginner - Improver)

Rediscovering Ballet classes are aimed at the dancer who has not danced in a little while. They can be done in a small space and are an exciting way to return to ballet at your own level and pace. In class 2, we will be thinking about our hips and our back and moving our bodies just a little bit more.
