Natalie Krapf leads this course with ENBYouthCo member Grace Farbon demonstrating.
For best results, it is recommended that you repeat this class 1-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks, until you have mastered the positions before moving on to the second class of this series.
Once you feel comfortable with the whole series, you can move to Building Ballet Strength: Improvers.
