Enjoy a Martha Graham Technique™ class with Masha Dashkina Maddux, former Principal Dancer with the Martha Graham Company and currently regisseur with the Martha Graham centre.
This open level class will focus on the fundamentals of the Martha Graham Technique™ such as contraction and release, using the pelvis, the upper body and the back.
Masha is joined in the studio by ENB First Soloists Emily Suzuki and Rentaro Nakaaki and Artist of the Company Anna Ciriano, with Reina Okada on the piano.
The demonstrators gave permission for physical adjustments prior to the recording of the class.
