Join ENB Associate Artist Katie Mason for a full body Ballet Strength class, including a warm up, a main section, and a core section. For this class you will need a mat and you should wear either trainers or bare feet to ensure a nice strong grip on the floor. Katie will be making adjustments along the way, so this class can be done by everyone.
Enjoy this class as part of Katie's Ballet Strength series, which can be done progressively or as an individual class to aid our performance as ballet dancers.
