Take one step at a time in this open level yoga class to build confidence and strength for more challenging poses.
This is a Hatha Flow yoga class, led by Crystal Costa (former First Soloist with English National Ballet), which works to balance body and mind through linking breath with movement.
This class incorporates a mix of flexibility and strength, with an emphasis on mindfulness. The practice is suitable for all levels as all postures can be modified and adjusted.
Crystal is joined by Emilia Cadorin, who is an Artist of the Company at English National Ballet.
