  • Pilates with Lucy Lowndes | Pilates Ball

    All the exercises in this class can be taken either with a Pilates Ball or without. Make sure you have a mat or something soft to lie on.

    This class is taught by ENB Associate Artist Lucy Lowndes, with ENB YouthCo dancer Samuel Larsen demonstrating and music by Domenico Angarano.

  • Warm-up with Vanessa Abreu

    Join ENB Associate Artist Vanessa Abreu for a warm-up class at the barre, ideal ahead of an absolute beginners ballet class, or as a standalone class, with music by Reina Okada.
