  • Pilates with Lucy Lowndes | Floor work

    Make sure you have a mat or something soft to lie on, and we recommend you take this class with bare feet.

    This class is taught by ENB Associate Artist Lucy Lowndes, with ENB YouthCo dancer Samuel Larsen demonstrating and music by Domenico Angarano.

  • Ballet with Vanessa Abreu | 4 (Beginner)

    In this class, we'll be working at the barre, beginning with warm-up exercises and then delving into the basis of ballet work with pliés and tendus.
