This ballet-inspired class is designed for dancers of all levels to increase core-strength and flexibility with elements of yoga, pilates, gentle stretching and body conditioning.
For this class you can use a chair as a ballet barre. It's also helpful to have a Pilates ball or you could used a rolled up towel.
What this class covers:
Gentle warm up, focusing on breathing and stretching the body
Pliés and rises at the barre
Mat work using the Pilates ball
Lying on tummy for some extensions, activating the glutes and back
