Natalie Krapf leads this course with ENBYouthCo member Grace Farbon demonstrating.
For best results, it is recommended that you repeat this class 1-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks until you have mastered the positions before moving on to the second level class.
While this series has been designed for young people, we recommend the 14+ for adults who are new to exercise and looking to build up muscle strength, or at beginner and improver level ballet.
These age groups are a guideline based on typical physical development and demands of training at these ages.
