  • Pilates with Lucy Lowndes | Elastic Band

    All the exercises in this class can be taken either with an elastic band or without. Make sure you have a mat or something soft to lie on.

    This class is taught by ENB Associate Artist Lucy Lowndes, with ENB YouthCo dancer Samuel Larsen demonstrating and music by Domenico Angarano.
