In this class you will focus on:
Standing alignment and posture, thinking of the body as stacked building blocks
Breathing technique, connecting breath with core engagement
Standing roll-downs to mobilise the spine
Cat stretch in four-point kneeling, working spinal mobility
Finding neutral pelvis using the "pelvic clock" technique
Pilates curl-ups, building abdominal strength while maintaining pelvic stability
Hip lifts and spinal articulation, rolling the spine up and down
Leg lifts and toe taps from tabletop, building deep core stability
Oblique work through rotational curl-ups
Side-lying leg lifts, working the waist and outer hip
Back extensions lying on the front, working the lower back and spine
A final release in child's pose

Pilates with Lucy Lowndes | Elastic Band
All the exercises in this class can be taken either with an elastic band or without. Make sure you have a mat or something soft to lie on.
