Join ENB Associate Artist Katie Mason for a Ballet Strength class focusing on the upper body, including a warm up, a main section, and a core section. For this class you will need a mat and a resistance band, and you should wear either trainers or bare feet to ensure a nice strong grip on the floor.
Enjoy this class as part of Katie's Ballet Strength series, which can be done progressively or as an individual class to aid our performance as ballet dancers.
