Natalie Krapf leads this course with Chloe Keneally, Artist with English National Ballet, demonstrating.
For best results, it is recommended that you repeat this class 1-5 times a week. If this course is too challenging, you can start with our Teen to Adult series, which is ideal for those aged 14+ and adults who are new to exercise or at beginner to improver level ballet.
This age group is based on typical physical development and demands of training at adult level. If you are under the age of 16 years we recommend our 8 -10 years, 11 - 13 years and Teen to Adult series.
