This yoga class for all levels focuses on finding your centre and inner strength, working on your core and improving confidence in the practice.
This is a Hatha Flow yoga class, led by Crystal Costa (former First Soloist with English National Ballet), which works to balance body and mind through linking breath with movement. This class incorporates a mix of flexibility and strength, with an emphasis on mindfulness. The practice is suitable for all levels as all postures can be modified and adjusted. Crystal is joined by Emilia Cadorin, who is an Artist of the Company at English National Ballet.
