Master the principles gained from the previous two classes to build and maintain strength, stamina, technique and understanding to take your ballet to the next level.

For best results, it is recommended that you repeat this class 1-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks. Once you have completed this you can move onto the Beginner - Intermediate, Adult (16+) class to maintain strength, stamina and technique.
These age groups are a guideline based on typical physical development and demands of training at these ages.
