  • Barre Fit with Nicky Henshall | 3

    Nicky Henshall, former Artist with English National Ballet, leads this 4-part series that start with a gentle warm-up and then move into either full body workouts, or may just target the upper or lower body.

  • Barre: Pliés and Rises

    Mayumi Ganley, former Ballet Mistress at English National Ballet, leads this class. Adriana Lizardi and Emilia Cadorin, both Artists with English National Ballet, demonstrate with Matt Gregory on piano.

  • Warm-Up with Richard Bermange | Strength, Mobility & Alignment

    For this class, you will need a theraband, otherwise we suggest using a dressing gown tie instead. Richard Bermange leads the class with Emilia Shanley demonstrating and Matt Gregory on piano.
