    It involves some centre work, port de bras and cardio to warm up the body.

    This session focuses on the co-ordination of the arms and legs and the dynamics that can be pulled out of the musical phrases.

    All the exercises in this class can be taken either with a Pilates Ball or without. Make sure you have a mat or something soft to lie on.
