Breathing technique, connecting breath with core engagement
Standing roll-downs to mobilise the spine
Cat stretch in four-point kneeling, working spinal mobility
Finding neutral pelvis using the "pelvic clock" technique
Pilates curl-ups, building abdominal strength while maintaining pelvic stability
Hip lifts and spinal articulation, rolling the spine up and down
Leg lifts and toe taps from tabletop, building deep core stability
Oblique work through rotational curl-ups
Side-lying leg lifts, working the waist and outer hip
Back extensions lying on the front, working the lower back and spine
A final release in child's pose
