For best results, it is recommended that you repeat this class 1-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks, once you have completed this routine for 4-6 weeks and are at least 14 years old, you then move on to the classes aimed at 14+ year olds.
Adults: We recommend the 14+ series and also the 1 hour Beginner - Intermediate session. These age groups are a guideline based on typical physical development and demands of training at these particular ages.
