Rediscovering Ballet classes are aimed at the dancer who has not danced in a little while. They can be done in a small space and are an exciting way to return to ballet at your own level and pace. In class 3, we will be using all of the elements of classes 1 and 2 and really start to feel like we are once again dancing.
